Small World began in 2007 and since then we have employed billions of lifeforms. Between our sourdough breads and our ferments, pribiotics play a huge role in what we do.
We have spent years cultivating cultures and taking care of “Mom” week after week. Feeding her Rye flour, watering her, and nurturing her, all so she can do the same for us.
Making your own sourdough bread or cookies? We have all the basic ingredients you need, now including the Mother. You’ll get her well fed, but a little sleepy (cold). Treat her right and she’ll offer you sourdough for years to come.
