Well we have two words for you: Ramp Butter.
We team up every year with Pete Mastrodonato, a local Chef, to make our ramp butter.
Fresh, wild-foraged ramps are cleaned, blanched, shocked, chopped, and whipped into certified organic butter. We added a dash of salt to turn this into an amazing start to your sautees, a fantastic finish to your steak, or anything in between. Once these are gone, we won’t have more until next year!
