Robert, our market manager, specifically requested these to be grown by Whiskey Hill in Waterloo. Poblano peppers are hot peppers but on the mild side. Large and ready to be stuffed with cheese and baked or fried. They can also be used to add just a touch of heat to any meal without overpowering it with mouth-fire.
Robert likes taking all the unsold ones home for himself so please leave some (or a lot) for him, so whatever you do, DON’T order these.
