Whiskey Hill farm is providing us with certified organic garlic. Currently the garlic is still a bit green, meaning it’s a little less intense and great for garlic bread and dressings. As the summer heat dries out this German white hardneck, the flavor will intensify.
We are looking to hire someone with experience baking sourdough bread or committed to learning the subtleties involved. This is a part time position with endless opportunities for creative side projects. Not for you but know someone? Feel free to share!
