Well, our chopped chicken liver recipe has been in our family for generations (over 120 years) because it works and makes that weird little bit of irony meat taste spectacular.
Mom starts with livers, eggs, and chicken fat rendered from our own chickens at Workin’ in the Dirt Farm. The simple addition of organic onions from Whiskey Hill Farm, salt, and pepper, makes this little appetizer absolutely scrumptious.
