Our Miso is made from scratch right here in Rochester. We polish organic rice ourselves followed with our own Koji production. Locally grown soybeans are then steamed and fermented with the rice koji and salt for just the right amount of time. We offer five different varieties of Miso, including two non-soy varieties. Each gallon or five-gallon bucket is packed to order and will take 3 to 5 business days to deliver.
