We start with freshly milled NYS flour and bake our fresh bread every week with our own sourdough mother starter. 24oz bread loaves are baked fresh every Friday evening.

Please note: Beginning 11/1/20, bread prices be $6.75 per loaf. After nearly 5 years at the same price, we must account for rising costs in order to remain sustainable.
