Do you have a yearning for learning? Need some flour facts? Just want some hands-on experience to get you through this long winter? Our new baker, Andy, would love to teach you. Small class sizes are limited to 5 individuals per class so personal attention is guaranteed.

Come in with just yourself and leave with all the supplies you’ll need to make your own sourdough bread at home, as well as the knowledge needed to turn flour, water, and wild yeast into an airy, crusty loaf of bread for you and your family to enjoy hot out of the oven.

Class begins at 5pm, lasts 3-4 hours, and covers creating & feeding sourdough starter (Mother), the science behind sourdough, mixing, kneading, and forming your bread, proper proofing techniques, and baking your handmade sourdough loaf.

Go home with:
One fresh-out-of-the-oven loaf of sourdough bread
One portion of mixed dough ready for proofing and baking at home
One 8oz portion of sourdough mother
One 2.5lb bag of Rye flour
One 2.5lb bag of White or Whole Wheat flour

Face masks are required to be worn the entire time over both the mouth and nose. Refusing to do so will result in being asked to leave without a refund. Faceshields are accepted but only in addition to cloth masks.

Class purchases cannot be used to qualify for free delivery on Sunday and must be purchased separately. Cash or checks will be accepted, however, class spots will not be reserved until payment is received.
