Locally produced, no-spray apples were pressed and fermented into raw apple cider vinegar. We then aged our ACV in a charred oak whiskey barrel for over 6 months.

The result? The perfect addition to marinades and dressings, adding a tart, but smokey flavor to all your recipes. Also available at Abundance Coop.
